FIBROSOME™

FIBROSOME™ is a high-purity regenerative solution created by suspending 5 billion fibroblast-derived exosomes, derived from Genkord’s Cordblast™ cells, in 2–5 mL of physiological saline.

Mechanism of Action

FIBROSOME™ regulates the fundamental building blocks of connective tissue and healing processes through cellular messengers:

Tissue Remodeling and Elasticity: It enhances fibroblast activity through its growth factors, proteins, and microRNAs; by promoting collagen production, it supports tissue elasticity and strength.

Powerful Anti-Inflammatory Effect: It exhibits an immunomodulatory effect in tendon and connective tissue disorders associated with severe inflammation. This property reduces the need for traditional immunosuppressive agents like cortisone and provides protection against drug side effects.

Angiogenic Support: By supporting new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis) in areas with circulatory issues, it enhances tissue nutrition and healing capacity.

Administration Method

FIBROSOME™, recommended as an effective agent for the healing of traumatic, pathological, or iatrogenic wounds and for the treatment of acute and chronic tendon inflammations such as Rotator Cuff, Tennis Elbow, and Achilles Tendinitis, is administered via intra-articular or local injections under the supervision of a specialist physician. In cases of tendinitis, it is recommended to administer the treatment to the non-mineralized region of the tendon (Zone II), and after inflammation subsides, to combine it with chondrosome to fully support healing.
